Please keep in mind that while we would love to be able to participate in everything, we sometimes must respectfully decline. We do have a few guidelines we follow for all sponsorships and donations, please read through them below before proceeding to our application.
We require requests to be submitted a minimum of one month in advance of the event, and require that the organization is a registered 501(c) 3 non-profit. Due to the amount of requests we receive and the logistics of organizing our donations, all sponsorship requests submitted less than one month in advance are subject to being declined.
We do not donate to or sponsor the following:
Events outside of our distribution footprint
Team Sports/individual athletes, bands or golf outings.
We do not partner with organizations with religious or political purposes.
We do not donate to professional groups, networking events, conventions or workshops.
We do not provide donations for individuals and organizations including but not limited to scholarships, medical bills, financial hardships, etc.
Due to Ohio state law, we cannot donate beer.
We do not provide donations to public or private schools or education foundations (we’re sorry, there are just too many to be able to support them all!).
We do not partner with organizations that are funding communities outside of the U.S.
Donations bags must be picked up from our taproom, 305 N. Walnut Street
If your event is less than 30 days away your request may be declined
