Bar Service
We offer flexible bar service options to ensure you find the best fit for your event. Our service options include:
Cash Bar - guests purchase their own drinks
Open Bar - all drinks are charged to one tab
Bar Limit - open bar until a specified amount has been reached
Drink Tickets - drinks paid with tickets are charged to an open tab
Drink Wristbands - all drinks paid with a wristband are charged to an open tab
Food Service
We have an open vendor policy, meaning that you may bring in your own food, have your event catered, or schedule a food truck.

No, the Barrel Room is a private event venue that is open exclusively for private bookings. If you’d like to see the Barrel Room before submitting an event inquiry, email barrelroom@yellowspringsbrewery.com to schedule a tour.

We offer a diverse selection of wines, cocktails, ciders, seltzers, and non-alcoholic beverages in addition to your favorite Yellow Springs Brewery beers.

Due to our liquor license, any alcohol not purchased and opened at the Barrel Room is prohibited.

We have an open vendor policy at the Barrel Room, meaning that we allow outside food vendors to cater events! We are unable to offer on-site catering due to the fact that we do not have kitchen facilities. Need help deciding which food vendor to choose? Just ask and we can provide recommendations!

Inside the Barrel Room, our standing capacity is 120 and our seated capacity is 70. We have seating for 30 on our outdoor patio.

Service animals are allowed inside the facility, but all other pets must remain outside on our patio.

While we are not equipped to accommodate wedding ceremonies, the Barrel Room is an excellent venue for intimate wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and engagement parties.
