Join us in welcoming Alan Raney's Art + Ales installation "Godzilla Finds Himself in Yellow Springs" to our Taproom!

We'll be hosting an artist reception for Alan on Thursday, August 22nd from 6 to 8pm. Meet the artist, have a pint, and purchase your own local art from the installation!

Alan's paintings will be displayed and for sale from Monday, August 19th until Sunday, September 29th.

Artist Statement:
“Alan Raney lives in Yellow Springs with his wife, Susan Stiles, two springer spaniel brothers and three incredibly-old cat sisters. He has been a fool for drawing since he could hold a crayon and reach a wall. He wound up at the Art Academy of Cincinnati by way of Wright State and credits design guru Bob Bingenheimer with starting him on the road to Godzilla. After a career as a graphic designer for YSI and the county visitors bureau, he retired to travel with Susan, enjoy their grandchildren, play with the dogs and work in his very first honest-to-Godzilla studio. He is a very lucky fellow who definitely found himself in Yellow Springs.”
