Since November 2022, we’ve crafted our truth to your lives by opening our doors as a private event venue. Designed with community in mind, our industrial space is meant to inspire creative minds. When you step inside the Barrel Room, we want you to imagine all of the magical moments that can be created. Allow us to guide you along the way as you commemorate your special day.

We provide a range of options for bar service, amenities, space personalization, external vendor suggestions, and more! You get to customize your bar service and bring in any food vendor you desire. We welcome you to make the space yours with a variety of decor.

Beer & Alcohol Service:
Cash Bar–Guests purchase their own beer individually, cash & credit cards accepted.
Open Bar–Place a credit card on file to offer an open bar for your guests. Tickets to hand out to guests are available upon request.
Food Service:
We have an open vendor policy, meaning that you may bring in your own food, have your event catered, or schedule a food truck.

Build a package as unique as you! Set aside a three-hour time period for your event. From there, choose to add time for extra fun, select your ideal bar lineup, and peruse our assortment of amenities to fit exactly what you need.

No, the Barrel Room is a private event venue that is open exclusively for private bookings. Keep an eye on our Events Page and social media accounts to find out when we host public events. We offer a diverse selection of wines, cocktails, ciders, seltzers, and non-alcoholic beverages in addition to your favorite Yellow Springs Brewery beers.

Due to our liquor license, any alcohol not purchased and opened at the Barrel Room is prohibited.

We have an open vendor policy at the Barrel Room, meaning that we allow outside food vendors to cater events! We are unable to offer on-site catering due to the fact that we do not have kitchen facilities. Need help deciding which food vendor to choose? Just ask and we can provide recommendations!

Inside the Barrel Room, our standing capacity is 120 and our seated capacity is 70. We have seating for 30 on our outdoor patio.

Service animals are allowed inside the facility, but all other pets must remain outside on our patio.

While we are not equipped to accommodate wedding ceremonies, the Barrel Room is an excellent venue for intimate wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and engagement parties.
