For the first time ever, we’re hosting a Beer + Cheese Dinner, pairing cheese-centric meals with our freshest and most enticing brews. Local cheese connoisseur, Mike Garrett of Tom’s Market Deli has partnered with Certified Cicerone Co-Head Brewer, Anna Teachey to guide guests through this dinner. Navigate through four courses of cheese-filled dishes and craft beer to discover a world of new flavors.
Doors open at 6:30PM, so stop in early to settle in with an aperitif and become acquainted with the Barrel Room. The dinner will take place from 7:00-9:00PM. Tickets are SOLD OUT. Each ticket includes a full four-course meal plus four 5oz pours of Yellow Springs Brewery beers!

1st course - Riding Leisurely, Vienna Lager | Hatch Chile Gouda Nachos with La Quercia ‘Nduja Spicy Prosciutto Spread and Aces and Eight Sweet Corn Salsa
2nd course - Stone Stepper, Tangerine Pale Ale | Salad featuring Deer Creek Blue Jay Juniper Blue Cheese, Bresaola, and fig vinaigrette
3rd course - Familiar Voice, Flanders Red Ale | traditional melted Raclette with rosemary ham shavings and potatoes
4th course - Anniversary 11, Imperial Stout Aged in Bourbon and Rye Whiskey Barrels | Aged Cheddar Irish Whiskey Cheesecake topped with apple bacon jam and an Effie’s Corn Biscuit crust
