The Barrel Room is a private event venue and mixed fermentation facility.
Whether you’re hosting a small family get-together or the whole office,

THE BARREL ROOM IS A VERSATILE VENUE that BRINGS YOU INTO THE HEART OF A MIXED FERMENTATION, BARREL-AGED BREWING ENVIRONMENT.
THE PERFECT SPACE for any event, from a wedding reception to a COMPANY presentation.
OUR SPACE IS A BEAUTIFUL BLANK CANVAS FOR CREATING YOUR LASTING MEMORIES.
We provide you with a range of options for bar service, amenities, indoor & patio space, as well as a list of great local vendors. You get to choose your bar service and bring in any caterer, food truck, event coordinator, decor you desire.

Beer & Alcohol Service: For beer service during your event, you may choose from the following options:
Cash Bar–Guests purchase their own beer individually, cash & credit cards accepted. A credit card will be required on file in the event the tab minimum is not reached.
Open Bar–Place a credit card on file to offer an open bar for your guests. A count of all beer ordered by your guests will be kept by the bartenders on one tab. You will need to close your bar tab at the end of your event. Tickets to hand out to guests are available upon request.
Food Service: You may have your event catered, order-in, potluck, or schedule a food truck. If you need assistance with food truck scheduling or catering, Yellow Springs Brewery will provide suggestions. All food, containers, chafers, etc. must be collected and disposed of the same day as the event. Should any food or catering items remain onsite after the event, a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to the card on file. Yellow Springs Brewery reserves the right to remove and dispose of any items remaining on-site after scheduled end time of the event.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of rental less than 30 days prior to rental date will forfeit event deposit.

Basic Package: Rent out our space for three-hours minimum and add on additional hours if needed for an additional fee.

• Recycled wood-top tables in various sizes available with seating for approximately 70 guests
• Additional 8' and 12' folding tables
• Wireless Internet/Wi-Fi
• Customizable music/playlists
• 80" TV with HDMI cord
• Portable speaker with wired microphone and stand
• Shuffleboard and an assortment of tabletop games
• Heated fire pits (for patio use only)
• Various colored lighting arrangements customized for your unique event layout

• One-hour setup & one-hour breakdown included

No, the Barrel Room is a private event venue that is open exclusively for private bookings. Keep an eye on our Events Page and social media accounts to find out when we host public events. We offer a diverse selection of wines, cocktails, ciders, seltzers, and non-alcoholic beverages in addition to your favorite Yellow Springs Brewery beers.

Due to our liquor license, any alcohol not purchased and opened at the Barrel Room is prohibited.

We have an open vendor policy at the Barrel Room, meaning that we allow outside food vendors to cater events! We are unable to offer on-site catering due to the fact that we do not have kitchen facilities. Need help deciding which food vendor to choose? Just ask and we can provide recommendations!

Inside the Barrel Room, our standing capacity is 120 and our seated capacity is 70. We have seating for 30 on our outdoor patio.

Service animals are allowed inside the facility, but all other pets must remain outside on our patio.

While we are not equipped to accommodate wedding ceremonies, the Barrel Room is an excellent venue for intimate wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and engagement parties.
